MS Lit HW from Oct. 14/16

1. Read The Hobbit, chapters 1-3. 2. Fill in the vocabulary from your Hobbit HW Packet using the Hobbit Vocabulary . (Feel free to just refer to this online, using it without ever printing it.) 3. Answer the questions for chapters 1-3 in complete sentences on your Hobbit HW Packet . Use one sentence for each question unless otherwise instructed. 4. Define Compound sentences on the lines beside the words "Compound sentences." Fill in the three formulas from these pages on the lines provided and give an example sentence for each.
