HS Lit Homework from January 28

1.  Define the vocabulary for chapters 4-6 in your PLaR Homework Packet using the PLaR Dictionary.

2. Read chapters 4-6 in Peace Like A River by Leif Enger. If you do not have a print copy of the book, you can download a pdf (for free) from this website.

3. Answer the  questions in your PLaR Homework Packet .

4. Grammar: Write five sentences including participial phrases. (See what I did there?)

5. Complete your character examination of yourself. 

6. Journal: How do you feel about Davy's actions? Is he right or wrong? What should he have done? What would you have done in his position? Write at least 7 sentences.

7. Write your thesis statement, referring back to your Essay Writing Packet.
